Benefit DescriptionAll Medical Services performed by an authorized provider in a participating network
are eligible for discounts ranging from 5% to 25% under this plan. No medical
services or laboratory work for which there is no other discount applicable is
excluded.
The AccessOne Consumer Health Physician & Non Hospital Services network includes
approximately 300,000 different practice locations nationwide and has providers
in all specialties. Members utilizing participating providers and paying for
services at the time they are rendered will realize savings from 5% to 40% from
the providers usual fee. Services offered by participating providers include:
• Office visits
• In office surgical procedures • Diagnostic testing • Out-patient surgical centers • Lab & X-ray’s • Urgent care centers |
